Trident Parktown is a plotted township on NH-44 at Panipat, planned across roughly 125 acres in two phases. This listing is Trident Parktown 1 — the licensed and RERA-registered residential plotted colony measuring 59.77 acres, under licence no. 242 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025.
The layout is organised into seven neighbourhoods the developer calls vistas — Orchid, Lily, Jacaranda, Champa, Amaltas, Tulip and Gulmohur — each themed on one of the seven chakras, with ten parks between them and a 2.25 km cycling track running through. Plot sizes are banded by vista: the sanctioned plan shows bands of up to 250, 201–250, 251–300, 301–400 and 358–388 sq. yd., so ask us for the vista-wise plot schedule rather than a single number.
The township also provides for builder floors, group housing and commercial plots alongside the residential plots, and an ultra-modern clubhouse called Club Emblem.
Two things worth knowing before you book. The clubhouse is expressly not part of this offering — the developer states that Club Emblem remains their property, that its construction and operation are theirs alone, and that membership charges are set at their discretion. And the payment plan is milestone-linked to works in front of your own plot — sewer and water, electric cables, road — each intimated by the promoter, which puts three 20% instalments on the developer's own notice rather than on a calendar. Read that schedule against your funding timeline before you commit.
The developer has also disclosed a construction loan from IndusInd Bank Ltd. with project land of 59.77084 acres mortgaged to the lender; NOCs are to be provided by the bank as required.
